BOISE, Idaho, March 2, 2021 /PRNewswire/ — World Connection, a mid-sized, bilingual BPO with contact centers in Boise, ID and Guatemala City, Guatemala was awarded two medals in the 15th annual Global Top-Ranking Performers Awards from, the Global Association for Contact Center and Customer Engagement Best Practices.

Following the regional round, with “Ranked #1 in the Americas” wins in two categories, World Connection was awarded “Ranked #1 in the World for Best Call Center Design” and “Ranked #2 in the World for Best Outsourcing Partnership.”

World Connection’s “Ranked #1 in the World in Best Call Center Design” came for its Guatemala City location; a 1,200-seat facility built around people-focused themes. The “Ranked #2 in the World in Best Outsourcing Partnership” is for its long-term partnership with personal-finance software seller Quicken, which spans two locations in two countries.
