LEVEL UP! We’re opening an English Program for individuals interested in working in the Call Center/BPO Industry.

The program consists of TWO STAGES, defined by the following conditions:

Intensive English Program: Stage 1

Minimum English Level Required: 50%
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 12 PM
Mode: In-person
Duration: 6 Weeks
Maximum Capacity: 20 People

Industry Leveling Program: Stage 2

Minimum English Level Required: 75%
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 1 PM – 3 PM
Mode: In-person
Duration: 4 Weeks
Maximum Capacity: 20 People

Minimum Requirements:

Must be 18+ years old
Must be available to attend classes every day
Must have the goal of applying for a job at World Connection
Must have the desire to learn and improve

Terms and Conditions:

Participation in this program does not establish an employment relationship with World Connection but rather a commitment to training.
No unjustified absences will be allowed (subject to prior agreement).
The total cost of the program is Q.250.00, which must be paid according to the agreed payment plan.
We reserve the right of admission.
Continued participation in the course may be affected if performance does not meet the required standards.
