(Guatemala, GT – November 3, 2020) – World Connection’s Guatemalan offices are offering opportunities to gain employment, earn money, obtain work experience and learn more about the Company, skills needed to join and current available positions this week. The employment fair will take place on November 6 and 7, 2020 online.

Recruiters will be available to review job descriptions and help you apply for positions, YOU ARE WELCOME TO JOIN ANYTIME.

What to expect:
- You will learn more about our TEMPORARY positions; all are eligible to become permanent after the season.
- Learn about skills we are looking for, what the available positions are, and who we are as a company.
- Set up an interview if interested.
- Get to know current World Connection Agents and Leaders, speaking about their account, metrics, expectations, environment and challenges.
- Take a virtual office tour.
- General aspects of the accounts available and next steps to apply.
- 40 minutes per full session.

The job fair is organized by World Connection for local, temporary jobs, available now! Attendees who are eventually hired get to participate in a raffle with attractive prizes. The event will be held virtually via ZOOM as part of the on-going efforts to adapt and continue to support a healthy workforce development initiatives, creating virtual connections between the Company and prospective employees.
Those attending the job fair are encouraged to prepare with an updated resume, have their documents in order, dress to impress in professional attire (at home for virtual appearance), and project a positive attitude. It is important for job seekers to take the time to do proper research on the Company and job openings they are applying to, and follow up with them after the Job Fair. Taking initiative and expressing enthusiasm makes a positive first impression.
